Ferienwohnung Haus Stranddüne, Familie Klusemann

I stayed at the apartment for a week. 2 adults and 3 children. We were a little late (because of a stormand traffic) to the apartment so the holiday manager left us the key in the postbox. We went inside into the living room and on the table were the beach passes, but no second key. We thought nothing of it and were very careful with the one key given. (It was quite annoying with only the one key). The apartment was clean, but has no dishwasher and some lamps were missing there lamp shades. The weather was great and so was the apartment until our leave. On the way home from our stay, we got a phone call, on the other end was an impatient person (the holiday apartment manager), she rudely acussed us if we had taken the 'second key'. We camly reported that we werent given a second key. Then she insisted that the children took the 'second key'. Keep in mind that the kids are 12, 15 and 17.. what would they do with a key if were given one? The manager without letting a single second for us to explain ourselves that no key 'second key' was given to us, she decided to make ugly remarks about us as a family.

It was disappointing to go away for a relaxing holiday and then to come back home stressed and acussed of something that wasnt our fault. I hope this helps you decide your stay. Please redirect to a different business because this wasnt a pleasent experience.
